General Delivery Policy
- Delivery Area: We currently deliver within Singapore only. International delivery and postage are not available.
- Free Delivery Offer: Enjoy free delivery on all orders above $70. For purchases below this amount, a standard delivery fee will apply.
- Order Processing Time: Most orders are fulfilled within a few days. However, under certain circumstances, delivery may take up to one week.
Our delivery system is built with efficiency in mind to meet the needs of both B2B customers (retailers, cafés, bakeries, offices, and institutions) and B2C customers who prefer to purchase their favourite biscuits, snacks, and beverages in bulk.
Delivery Schedule
- Operating Days: Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
- Non-Delivery Days: We do not deliver on Saturday and Sunday or Public Holidays.
- Delivery Confirmation: Once your order is received, our team will provide you with a confirmation of the delivery date and time.
We aim to ensure timely deliveries so that our products reach you in the freshest condition, whether it’s for stocking your shop shelves, office pantry, or your home.

Eligible Addresses:
We deliver to homes and offices across Singapore.
Exclusions:
Deliveries to P.O. Box addresses are not available.

At checkout, customers may use the “Special Request” box to indicate preferred delivery dates and times. While we cannot guarantee all requests, our logistics team will do their best to accommodate your needs.
