Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Do you stock brands other than Khong Guan?
Yes, besides Khong Guan, we also distribute brands like Julie’s, Hup Seng, Bonz, and other trusted names.
Are your products Halal certified?
Yes, most of the products we distribute are Halal certified. Please check individual product listings for confirmation.
Can I request specific products not listed online?
Yes, you may contact us directly. If available, we will source or recommend alternatives.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for businesses?
Yes, we provide wholesale pricing for businesses, offices, and bulk buyers. Contact us for customised quotations.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For wholesale customers, a minimum order applies depending on the product type. For household customers, there is no minimum order on our online shop.
Can households (B2C) buy directly from you?
Yes, individuals can purchase directly through our online store with home delivery.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you deliver outside Singapore?
We mainly deliver within Singapore. Export and overseas deliveries can be arranged through our sales team for selected regions.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We offer free delivery for purchases above $70. A standard delivery fee of $20 applies to orders below this amount. Most orders are delivered within 2–4 working days excluding weekends and public holidays, though under certain circumstances, delivery may take up to 5 – 7 days.
Can I request a preferred delivery time?
We can provide a buffer window between 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM, but we’re unable to commit to an exact time.
Do you offer same-day or urgent delivery?
Currently, we offer standard delivery. For urgent cases, please contact our team directly.
Can I opt for self-Collection?
Orders can be collected from our warehouse at no additional cost.
Kindly present your order confirmation (printed or digital) upon collection.
